Returns

If a sefer arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. Send a photo if it arrived damaged — it speeds everything up and saves you a trip.

Unopened, unmarked seforim in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is on you unless the error was ours.

Seforim that have been written in, sets with a broken seal, and special orders placed on your behalf are not returnable.

Email orders@yosefsseforim.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with return instructions — please don’t ship anything back before you hear from us.
